Privacy
The Yo-He-Wah Nation collects only what we need to run events, process payments, and keep in touch with families. Here's what we collect, why, and how to reach us with questions.
What we collect and why
When you fill out a form on this site — the interest form, the contact form, registering for the season, or giving to the PB&J drive — we collect what that form asks for: a parent's name, email, and phone number, and information about a daughter (like her age, school, or grade) needed to register her or keep the family in the loop. We use this to run the Nation: registering families, planning events, and getting in touch — nothing else.
Payments (Stripe)
Season fees, event costs, and donations are charged through Stripe, an outside payment processor. Your card number is typed directly into Stripe's own secure checkout — it never touches our website or our database. We only see that a payment went through, the amount, and the email you gave us.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to see, in general terms, how many people visit the site and which pages they look at — anonymous visit statistics, not tied to your name or to any one family. Analytics never runs on the member portal, the officer area, sign-in links or photo-share links. We've turned off Google's advertising features, so this data is never used to build an ad profile or to show you ads elsewhere.
Photos
We take photos at Nation events and use them on this website, in emails, and on our Facebook page to show families what we do together — families agree to this as part of the season registration waiver. Photo galleries we share with our own families use private links that aren't public.
How to reach us
If you'd like us to correct or remove information we have about your family, or you have any question about this page, email the chief at chief@indianprincess.org.
